1250-acres (400 marsh, 200 golf, 650 for amenities, lots and condos.
There are four different neighborhoods all with separate gates but navigable through the main Cooper’s Point Gates. There are golf, marsh, and mix used communities.
All lots are ½-acre or larger. The largest lot in CP is 2-acres.

Everything is drive time here. It’s 27 miles to city conveniences on I-95 or hwy 17, which means a 25 ride everytime.

Shellman Bluff has is a small little fishing village where golf carts and boats are the main form of transportation. Slow down and enjoy life on the Bluff. It’s been labeled many things; A fishing Village with a Golfing Problem, vice versa and The land that time forgot. One thing is for sure here, you will either absolutely fall in love with the place or you will absolutely hate it. If you’re looking for a Hilton Head or Myrtle Beach experience, don’t even bother checking us out.
This is not an active adult community. The age range is from 26 to 75. Everyone here is in the same state of mind though.
